We are asking a favor of all contestants. Due to the size of the purse offered, we have to rely on sponsors' help.  We hope you would be willing to offer any extra of your competition meat for tasting on the day of the event. There will be a tent on site where you can present your competition meats and share your love of BBQ with our sponsors.
