* Early Bird Entry Fee $100. After July 1st, the Entry Fee goes to $125.
* Setup can begin starting at 7 AM on Saturday, August 29th.The Cook’s Meeting starts at 9:30 AM – please be sure to allot 15 minutes for themeeting.
* Cooking time is from 10 AM to 3 PM. Serving to the public takesplace from 3 PM to 7 PM. Judging begins at 2:30 PM. There are 4 judges, and 6-8 wings must be turned in for judging.
* All contestants must adhere to all health, electrical, fire & other codes applicable to this event. 
* The food inspector will be on-site the day of the event.
* All wings will be provided by Walkin’ Wings. ALL COOKERS AREREQUIRED TO COOK A MINIMUM OF 500 CHICKEN WINGS (2 cases) – and allcookers are strongly encouraged to be prepared to cook more than 500 wings! 
* Canopies/Tents are welcomed & encouraged. Tents must be no more than 10ft deep.
* Walkin' Wings WILL NOT be supplying any electricity or water.
* The awards ceremony is at 7:30 PM in the main tent.
- Grand Champion: $1,500 (Check & Beer Stein)
- Reserve Grand Champion: $1,000 (Check & Beer Stein)
- 3rd place prize: $500 (Check & Beer Stein)
- 4th - 10th place prize: $300 (Check & Ribbon)
- People's Choice Award: $800 (Check & Ribbon)
